About Me
Jessica has a professional background in rural and urban cheese making. As the former Director of Education at the Bedford Cheese Shop in Manhattan, she has been able to discover perfect beverage and food pairings for a vast array of artisan cheeses. She has worked as Cave Manager for Formaggio Kitchen in Cambridge, MA, maintaining and regulating cheese inventory. She is President of Cheese Grotto, a business devoted to optimal cheese storage for the home, retailer, and restaurateur. Jessica is extremely passionate about teaching. She is a cheese making instructor at The Natural Gourmet Institute in Manhattan and has developed numerous cheese making curricula for a variety of organizations. She also curates a series of house made cheese pop ups. Come join the fun!
